New wall paint to match existing, one coat of interior latex primer and 2 coats interior latex paint. New exterior cement plaster to match existing in texture and paint color. One coat of exterior primer and two coats of exterior latex to match existing. Patch wall at location of toilet partition demo, and block partition demo as needed for a smooth transition to existing wall. 4) Door Signage New ADA sign for both men's and Women's door. Must meet California ADA code requirements. 5) General requirements: All necessary equipment and incidentals to perform and complete work as per plans and specifications including but not limited to: signage, barricades, fencing and traffic control necessary to protect construction site. All necessary equipment to protect public during construction work All necessary signage and notifications to public or private entities affected by the project Cooperation with City Departments involved or affected by the project 6) Paint a) Doors and, and jamb paint shall be Dunn Edwards Ever shield exterior grade, semi-gloss enamel, color Dunn Edwards Oxford Brown. b) Prime all raw areas prior to applying paint. All Primer to be exterior grade and water based. For metal it shall also have rust inhibitors. c) All materials shall be brought to the job site in the original sealed labeled containers of the paint manufacturer and shall be subject to inspection by the City project manager. Where thinning is necessary, only the product of the manufacturer furnishing the paint shall be used. All such thinning shall be done strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. All paint shall be applied by experienced painters with brushes or other applicators and without runs, sags, thin spots, or unacceptable marks. Paint shall be applied at the rate specified by the manufacturer to achieve the minimum dry mil thickness required. Additional coats of paint shall be applied, if necessary, to obtain the desired thickness. Application shall be by spraying where recommended by the manufacturer. If the material has thickened or must be diluted for application by spray gun, each coat shall be built up to the same film thickness achieved with undiluted brushed-on material. Where thinning is necessary and approved, only the products of the particular manufacturer furnishing the paint shall be used, and all such thinning shall be done in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. A minimum of 24 hours drying time shall elapse between the application of any two coats of paint or epoxy on a particular surface, unless otherwise recommended by the coating manufacturer. Longer drying times may be required for abnormal conditions in concert with the manufacturer's recommendations.
