An engineer consultant has not been selected. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Transportation Region/Bureau: Southwest Region Solicitation ID: SW-01 Route : Var Hwy County : 81 - Southwest Region Wide Limit : Misc 3 Year Contract/fy 23- 25 The Southwest Region requires assistance to perform traffic analysis as an extension of WisDOT staff. Traffic analysis support for Safety Certification Process (SCP), Operations Certification Process (OCP), traffic impact studies, corridor studies, safety, signal and lighting, and work zones. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract. Consultants selected will be required to either submit or have on file with WisDOT a Consultant Financial Report prior to contract execution. Information on the report may be found at Website. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
