Unless otherwise noted, public openings will be on the date and time specified. Award(s), if any, will be made as soon thereafter as possible. The bid abstract will be on file and is open to public inspection only after award determination has been made. 8/22/2022 Written Questions Due 8/23/2022 Responses to Questions Due The initial term of this contract shall be one year after date of award. The procuring agency and the contractor, upon written mutual agreement, may renew the contract for up to an additional one (1) year period. The contract shall be effective on the date it is executed by the procuring agency. If no formal contract is executed, the effective date of the contract is the date of the purchase order. If a Bidder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in this BID, they have five (5) business days after the bid issue date and time, to notify, in writing, the Agent at the address shown below of such error and request modification or clarification of the BID document.
