Only complete sets of documents will be issued. Cost associated with digital and printed plans and specification obtained from Eastern Engineering Supply, Inc., are and will be incurred at the expense of the Bidder and are non-refundable. Bidder Pre-Qualification: All Bidders must be in compliance with Indiana statutes regarding prequalification.
