The Rowan County Fiscal Court will be accepting statements of qualifications and proposals for the Rowan County Senior Center Project for architectural services for the construction of the new Senior Center. The Rowan County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive any technicalities, and to negotiate with the respondent who most nearly meets the project requirements. The Rowan County Fiscal Court is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred by the consultants replying to this request.
