The City is seeking proposals from Respondents to lease property from the City for the utility-scale solar generation and storage facility. The City must comply with Nevada Revised Statutes relating to the disposal of property, and the minimum acceptable lease value is $ One Thousand Six hundred Fifty dollars ($1,650.00) per acre. The City also seeks an amount to be proposed by the Respondent per megawatt (MW) of storage per year. The respondent needs to consider the value of the property as part of the project cost in evaluating the viability of their solar power project.
