Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Lafayette, Ohio. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 10/7/2022 The board voted to table the project until the spring of 2023. A base bid will be made for millingexisting asphalt / resurfacing /surfacing, striping and catch basinrepairs/installations to areas "A", "B"and "C". See additional informationbelow for Area "D". The district wouldalso request an estimate for patch workto be done for the district parking lots. Prevailing wage is not applicable,unless otherwise noted, to the project in accordance with Senate Bill 102 and Section 4115.04 of the Ohio Revised Code. The successful bidder is required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Labor and Material Payment bond from an acceptable surety in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contractsum. The owner reserves the right to rejectall bids, select all or part of the Job Areas base bids, and to waive informalities, irregularities and errorsin the bidding to the extent permitted by law.
