Description: The Contractor is required to provide Active Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) services statewide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which will include a monitoring system that is capable of being accessed through a secure internet connection and fully supported by a secure database for transactional records. The service will be inclusive of all technology, equipment, systems and related support services, data storage support services and shall be fully supported by twenty-four (24) hour monitoring services and staff.
