Site work for a civil project in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Repairing damages caused by Hurricane Sally in September 2020. Major construction activities include but are not limited to clearing & grubbing, earthwork, pond grading, and drainage improvements. Deadline for Questions September 23, 2022 / 5:00 p.m. CT Questions concerning this request should be directed to the Escambia County Purchasing Office in writing at dwmiller@myescambia.com Attached to bid you shall find a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (circle one that applies) in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid The work shall be substantially completed within Ninety (90) calendar days from the Commencement Date. The Bidder agrees to fully complete all work included above within One Hundred Twenty (120) consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages of One Thousand Dollars ($1000) each day will be assessed for each day that completion of the project is delayed Escambia County specifically reserves the right to reject any conditional bid.
