The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to envision the needs of the city relative to the facilities needed to provide adequate service to the City's residents and businesses. Ideally, the final report will make recommendations identifying the needs at build out for the various city departments to accommodate needed office space, in addition to maintenance, storage and fleet facilities.
