The objective of this project is to revise the City's Storm Drain Impact Fee Facilities Plan and to make recommendations to the City on amendments to the City's impact fee if dictated by the IFFP. The IFFP should also indicate planned storm drain trunk lines within the City. Additionally, the plan should identify existing seasonal washes that flow through the City and include facilities required to prevent flooding or overflow concerns. Such facilities may include debris and settling basins along the washes, stabilized side slope of washes if needed, and pipe size recommendation for crossings along the washes.
