Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Blasdell, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and road / highway.
The work for Contract 22-1 involves removal of the existing concrete sidewalks, driveways, portion of the chain-link fencing and raised gardens, tree, and re-grading the area, as necessary. Installation of asphaltbased pickleball courts and associated drainage improvements. Installation of new concrete sidewalks and driveways. Fence improvements at the basketball/tennis courts around pickleball courts. Repair of existing net posts/foundations of existing pickleball courts and repainting of existing pickleball courts . Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing addressed to Sheila Ransbottom (sransbottom@wendelcompanies.com) to be given consideration, and must be received prior to 5:00 pm on Thursday, September 1 st , 2022.
