Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Blasdell, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Installation of new metal roof, exterior painting and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 4% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 26% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 250 days. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a scanned Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: $13,467.30 The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. The Estimate Range for this project is: $228,944.10- $309,747.90. PROJECT COMPLETION The completion date for this project is 250 Days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. Project Specific Liquidated Damages (Refer to Article 14.10 of the General Conditions). $1,000/ Day *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
