South Jordan City seeks to hire a landscape architect, or architectural firm to design a 40+ acre multi-purpose active park located in the Daybreak development. The park will be built in phases. It is anticipated that the park will include baseball fields, turf fields, pickle ball courts, pavilions, playgrounds, restrooms, trails and potentially other amenities such as a bike park, etc. The intent of this solicitation is to receive a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and staff capabilities from Consultants to demonstrate the necessary experience and ability to perform the design services. Based on the submitted SOQs, the City anticipates selecting three (3) to five (5) Consultants to submit formal proposals for the project. Consultants selected will be invited to submit formal proposals in a private Request for Proposals (RFP) via electronically. Please do not contact the City of South Jordan directly with questions. The City does not provide Bidders lists or Planholders lists. The City reserves the right to award this bid in full or in part. All inquiries and responses must be made online via electronically. No paper bids will be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any Bid if the City believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project or the City. Without limitation, such rejection may be because the Bid is not responsive, or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful ability or the Bid or Bidder fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the City, as solely determined by City.
