Q & A deadline: Mar 09, 2023 7:00:00 PM EST Bid Comments: Notice is hereby given by the Board of Education of Jordan School District ; that because of the specialized nature of the construction on the above named project, the need for a timely completion thereof and other related factors, that bid documents, including plans and specifications, will be given to and bids received from only those general contractors and major sub-contractors who have been pre-qualified by the school district to bid on this project. Jordan School District (JSD) is inviting pre-qualified general contractors (Contractors) to submit bids for the fifth phase remodel of Bingham High School, per the Construction Documents attached to this solicitation. This solicitation is Part II of the pre-qualification of contractors that was initiated as part of solicitation 23KP06Q . Part I has been completed and only those pre-qualified contractors are invited to submit bids for construction and associated site improvements of the project to which they are authorized to bid. Final Contractor selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid as submitted in Part II.
