Renovation of a library in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

The Town of Great Barrington seeks sealed bids for the removal and replacement of an existing Trane 25 Ton rooftop unit with a new Trane rooftop unit for the Mason Public library 231 Main St. Great Barrington, Massachusetts. Bidder is responsible for all aspects of the project scope to include supply of new rooftop unit, duct con-nections, gas connections, modifications, installation, electrical installation, removal, and disposal of old materials and equipment. Questions are due to edm on September 9th, 2022, at 1:00 PM EST. Email all questions to: twidman@edm-ae.com The project is tax-exempt. The successful bidder will be provided with the required documentation. The Bid Security will be in the amount of five percent (5%) of the construction cost. After opening of the bids, all proposals shall stand available for acceptance for a period of sixty (60) days. Bidders are cautioned not to submit proposals until having carefully examined the entire contract area and having made all necessary investigation to inform themselves thoroughly as to the existing conditions and all difficulties involved in completion of the work.
