Levy, Mitchel Field Depot in Garden City, NY. A contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder and prices shall remain firm throughout the contract term. Work shall be performed in compliance with Federal, New York State, and Local codes and the specifications included in the IFB All bidders are encouraged to participate.
