Renovation of a municipal facility in Marion, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,831-square-foot municipal facility.
The project consists of removal of approximately 2,831 SF of existing standing seam metal roof and damaged insulation followed by replacement of new standing seam metal roof and replacement of damaged insulation on all areas where standing seam metal currently exist. The work must commence once Agreement is in place. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date of the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. It is the intent of the Owner to award a contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder provided the bid has been submitted in accordance with the bidding requirements. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
