Base Bid Scope of Work Fire Protection o Install escutcheons on existing sprinkler heads Mechanical o Relocate thermostat and controls as noted Electrical o Remove data and power wiring and conduit, as noted. Install new power and data as noted. Revise switchgear for existing lights. General o Patch and paint existing walls as noted. New blackout roller shades. ALTERNATE 1: Fire Protection o Cut existing heads into new ceiling tile and install escutcheons. Mechanical o New supply and return grilles and replace associated flex duct Electrical o Demo existing lights and speakers o Install new lights General o New ceiling grid and tile, per specifications Contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the State laws governing their respective trades and that North Carolina General Statute 87 will be observed in receiving and awarding contracts. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the BID/ACEPTANCE form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed.
