The City of Virginia Beach (the "City") is seeking a responsive and responsible vendor to establish a firm, fixed-price agreement to provide traffic light backplates (LightHawk McCain/Peak or Cityapproved equivalent) and head assemblies (McCain or City-approved equivalent) for the Department of Public Works Note: All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Virginia Beach Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. The City of Virginia Beach Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids/proposals in Whole or in Part and to Wave Any Informalities in the Bid/proposal Process and Reserves the Right to Enter Into Any Contract Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the City. The Specifications in This Bid/proposal Are Intended as a Quality Indicator and Guide for Your Bidding/response and Unless Otherwise Stated, the City Will Consider Alternate Bids/proposals of Equal or Better Quality, Which Shall Be Accompanied by Descriptive Literature. The Entire Contents of This Invitation to Bid/request for Proposal, Any Addenda, and Bidder's/proposer's Response Shall Be Incorporated Into Any Resulting Contract.
