Demolition, site work and addition to a parking garage in Seven Valleys, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,080-square-foot parking garage; for the demolition of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.

40x52 addition to the existing Public Works Maintenance Garage. The Board of Supervisors of Springfield Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Springfield Township. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Springfield Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247.
