for furnishing all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary for completion of the following: MLK Park Lighting and Parking Improvements The major items of work include: Construction of a new asphalt parking lot, concrete sidewalk, and lighting for MLK Park in Willis, Texas Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of City of Willis Community Development Corporation in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. The deadline to ask questions is 9/09/2022 5:00 PM CST
