Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Mahone Bay (TOMB) will receive bids from qualified proponents ("Proponents") for the: 1. To remove, dispose and replace deteriorated Concrete Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk (35 Linear Meters total) on the corner of Main Street where Long Hill Road intersects. 2. To remove, dispose and replace deteriorated Concrete Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk - Driveway Crossings (15 Linear Meters total) just before the corner of Main Street and Long Hill Road intersects. This also includes the painting of sidewalk depressions. Tender document(s) are available upon email request.
