Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work can be generally described to include but not limited to the following: Supply, installation, and testing of the following; - 150mm DR18 PVC CSA B137 Water Line; - 200mm CAN/CSA B1800 PVC Sanitary Sewer Line; - 200mm CAN/CSA B1800 PVC Storm Sewer Line - 1050mm dia. Precast Concrete Manholes to CAN/CSA A257 Series-19 - 1050mm dia. Precast Concrete Catch Basins to CAN/CSA A257 Series-19 - 150mm gate valves; - Fire hydrants; - Water Services - Sanitary Services; - Asphalt Paving; - Concrete curb & gutter; - Concrete sidewalk - Landscaping; - Traffic control; - Reinstatement of all disturbed surfaces Tenders must be accompanied by a bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the tender price made payable to the Town of Stellarton.
