The City of Brighton, Michigan desires to employ the services of a contractor, or contractors, to install a new water main, and appurtenances, on Main Street between the CSX railroad crossing and Grand River Avenue and retire the existing water main in place. Additionally, a new water main is to be installed in the public alley paralleling Grand River Avenue, south of E. Main Street. This work is to take place under winter conditions.
