As of September 29,2022, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed. The Department of Public Works, Environmental Engineering Division is requesting by invitation, bid pricing from the General Contractors on Placer County Qualified List no. 20265 to provide all labor and tools required to replace and repair the entrance gate in accordance with the provided plans and specifications located at: Eastern Regional Landfill 900 Cabin Creek Road Truckee, CA. 96161 Question Deadline: Mon Sep 5, 2022 5:00 PM (PDT) Replace existing electric barrier gates at the entrance to Eastern Regional Landfill, including repair of short section of electrical conduit servicing the gate operator. The plans specify the replacement of both sides with electric operators, and this is estimated to be $25,000. The County is also requesting contractors to provide an alternate bid price for a manual barrier gate on one side and an electric operational gate on the other side in case the base bid is not within budget
