The city is proposing to make improvements to a current transit bus garage to include the construction of a new office, the addition of three new bus storage bays, and the addition of a bus wash bay. Construction will take place on ground currently owned by the City of Morris and being used as a transit bus garage. The current transit bus garage has city water, but city sewer will need to be brought in from County Rd 22 which is adjacent to the PW facility. Water is currently available. The property is located at 156 S County Rd 22, Morris, MN 56267. It is on a county road and has easy access to and from the site.
