Line TYPE OF WORK: Bituminous Mill, Bituminous Overlay and Aggregate Shouldering LENGTH: 12.14 miles Approximate major items of work include: Aggregate Surfacing (Class 1) 5,546 tons Mill Bituminous Surface 166,430 square yards Bituminous Wearing Course Mixture 32,003 tons Bids will be opened and read publicly at the Stevens County Highway Dept. Building, Morris, Minnesota immediately after the hour set for receiving bids. Sealed bids shall be clearly marked PROJECT NO. SAP 075-601-035 & SAP 075-620-016. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidders bond made payable to the Stevens County Treasurer in the amount of at least 5 per cent of the proposal. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all irregularities thereof.
