Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lexington, North Carolina. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Exterior and Interior Renovations at Lexington Senior High School. Renovations may include classroom additions, window replacement, parking lot upgrades, HVAC upgrades/replacements, plumbing upgrades, auxiliary gym expansion, and more upgrades to extend the useful life of each school. This project is in included in the Davidson County's FY 2024-2029 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of February 5, 2026, this project remains in design, however, this project has not yet received funding. A timeline for construction has not been established.
