Reference number : 1637131 Review Title : Collection, transport and burial of household waste Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-09-12 Submission sent electronically accepted: No COLLECTION, TRANSPORT AND LANDFILL OF DOMESTIC WASTE The Municipality of Bonsecours requires bids for a contract for the collection, transport and landfill of household waste for approximately 349 residual occupancy units and 13 ICI occupancy units for an approximate annual tonnage of 160 tons . The contract will be for a period of three, four or five years. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. Tenderers must obtain the tender documents from the tender website. Fees are set according to the rates established by the Organization. A bid guarantee of $10,000.00 must accompany the bid.
