CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 9/28/2022 12:00 PM he successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract and a Maintenance Bond in the amount of ten percent of the Contract Price. The successful bidder will be required to pay Prevailing Wages, as set forth by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. BRYN ATHYN BOROUGH hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted, or any portion thereof and also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in bids received, when, within the sole discretion of the Borough, such rejection or waiver is in the best interests of the Borough. Bids may be held by the Borough for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
