Bryn Athyn Borough Hereby Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids Submitted, or Any Portion Thereof and Also Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities in Bids Received, When, Within the Sole Discretion of the Borough, Such Rejection or Waiver is in the Best Interests of the Borough. Deadline to submit Questions Jul 8th 2024, 4:00 PM EDT Online Portal Bids May Be Held by the Borough for a Period Not to Exceed Sixty (60) Days From the Date of the Opening of the Bids for the Purpose of Reviewing the Bids and Investigating the Qualifications of Bidders, Prior to Awarding the Contract.
