Site work for a water / sewer project in Bryn Athyn, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of September 2, 2025 the Board did not award the bid as we only received one bidder for the project. We are going to rebid and expand the project scope to include a second project area. That should be advertised in October for a Spring 2026 construction start. Ramage Run Basin Retrofit Project Requirements for a 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, and 100% Payment Bond are included in the contract documents. Prevailing state wage rates and Public Works Employment Verification Act will apply on this project. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The Township of Lower Moreland Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to make such award as appears most advantageous to the Township.
