Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as a proposal for Fettersmill Firehouse Demolition of Existing Land Improvements. Requirements include a 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, and 100% Payment Bond. Prevailing state wage rates and the Public Works Employment Verification Act will apply. Existing Sanitary Sewer Lateral - The contractor shall include all costs for material, labor, and equipment required to complete the installation of watertight plug or cap at the limit of the foundation excavation. - 8. Coordinate Utility Services Disconnection & Termination - The contractor shall include all costs for material, labor, and equipment required to complete the coordination of the termination and disconnection of all utility services prior to the demolition of the buildings in accordance with the plans and specifications. 9.
