As of 10/13/2022 They did not receive any bids and are not requesting any further bids. The City of Amery (the City) is a municipality located in Polk County in western Wisconsin. The City Public Works Department is currently located at 975 Minnneapolis Ave S. and is looking to construct an additional storage facility at the same location. The City is seeking a contractor who will work closely with the Public Works Department to effectively complete the requested building while maintaining tight budgetary controls to ensure the nal product conforms to the established budget. This request is made with the intent for the City to assist with construction by completing the earthwork, concrete, and other general preparation work for the installation of the building. The owner anticipates selecting a bid in September of 2022 with an anticipated project start either in Fall 2022 or Spring 2023. RFP RESPONSE TIMELINE o August 23, 2022 - RFP Issued by City of Amery. DESIRED BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS o 50X100 Foot Building o 4 - 14-foot high overhead style doors o 2 service entry doors o It is requested that no windows are included in the design.
