City Engineer DESCRIPTION OF WORK Requirements include the complete demolition and removal of the existing three-level municipal parking structure including footings, foundations, and adjacent site structures. The parking garage is 236'-2" east to west and 289'-11" north to south. The primary structure consists of precast concrete columns, beams, structural trusses, and double tees with concrete topping slab. The project scope includes construction of a new ongrade parking lot encompassing the entire site. See Section 02416 - Structure Demolition and Section X - Paving and Parking.
