The scope of work generally consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, and transportation required to perform the janitorial services related to SCLA Buildings 728 and 700. This maintenance is to include vacuuming, dusting, trash collection, sweeping and mopping all floors, restocking of toiletries, cleaning counter tops, steam spot cleaning ceramic tile flooring throughout the facilities, cleaning entry doors and windows, spot cleaning office windows, dusting window blinds, and exterior trash and weed removal in accordance with the specifications prepared for this project and other provisions of the Contract. Please see Attachments A and B for frequency of requested services. Any work or component of this work not specifically addressed shall be considered ancillary to the associated work and shall be considered as included within the various items of work. Any prospective Proposers desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, etc., must request it in writing, by September 14, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. to allow a reply to reach prospective Proposers before the proposal submission date. In order to receive such information, Proposers must submit a request in writing to the individual identified below. Verbal explanations or instructions given during any phase of this solicitation will not be binding. Any information given a prospective Proposer will be furnished promptly as an amendment to the solicitation, if that information is necessary in submitting proposals or if the lack of it would be prejudicial to other prospective proposers.
