A certified check or bank draft, payable to LBJMA, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed to ten percent (10%) of the total bill shall be submitted with each bid. This project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The award will be made, usually within thirty (30) days, to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder submitting a bid in conformity with the specifications. However, the LBJMA reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
