The project cost estimate is $190,000.00 $200,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. There will be no pre-bid conference held unless extensive questions arise regarding the solicitation. If one is held, it will not be mandatory.Any inquiries or questions concerning this project must be received in writing, via email, seven (7) calendar days prior to deadline of bid submission to allow for responses without delaying award of a contract. Inquiries received after this time frame may not receive a response. All inquiries regarding the Scope of Work, Specifications, and/or Plans, must be submitted in writing via email. Install new insulated septic system -Install a new 1,500 Gallon Polyethylene Infiltrator Septic Tank -Install new septic residential effluent pumping station (REPS) with 1/2 hp submersible sewage pump -Install a new pressure dosing effluent mound system drain filed -Pump-Out, and remove/dispose of the existing septic tank. -Remove existing drainfield and monitoring ports.
