Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Kenai, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Provide all labor and materials to procure and install a Riello Array AR1500 Boiler, Stack and related system equipment per KPB Design Documents. Scope of work also includes demo and disposal of an existing Birchfield Type 25190 Boiler, stack and equipment. Time-line for Demo/Install to be coordinated with Kenai Peninsula Borough & North Peninsula Recreation Service Area. Q&A DEADLINE: JUNE 14, 2023 BY 5:00 PM. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor irregularities in any bids or in the bidding procedure, and to accept any bid presented which meets or exceeds said specifications and which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Borough. However, the requirements for timeliness and manual signatures shall not be waived. The Borough is not obligated to accept the lowest bid and is not responsible for bid preparation costs.
