The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for Kenai Middle School. The project consists of the following: Provide all labor and materials to demolish and replace 2 boilers and DHW heater / expansion tanks and related electrical / mechanical hardware per contract documents at Kenai Middle School. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. Q&A DEADLINE: February 26, 2021 by 5:00 PM Certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond, made payable to the Kenai Peninsula Borough amount equal to five (5%) percent of the total bid, shall accompany each bid as evidence of good faith, a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the Bidder will execute the contract and give bond as required.
