Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in North Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals may be received with verified signature, date & time stamp to the office of the Executive Director of the Syracuse Hancock International Airport, located at 1000 Col. Eileen Collins Boulevard, Syracuse, New York 13212 until the closing date and time stated above. This project consists of Surface Parking Lot Expansions at Syracuse Hancock International Airport. This Bid Package includes the installation of new surface parking lots, including site grading, new security fencing, stormwater facilities, utilities (electric, communication, and data), site lighting, modifications or upgrades to the existing infrastructure as required to service the new access control equipment and other necessary site amenities within the surface parking lots, and site restoration. The Bid Package encompasses work to be provided under a single base bid General Construction contract for Parking Lot #1 with separate add alternate bids for Parking Lot #2 and #3. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
