WPA-4: removal of the existing pump station building, including removal and disposal of the building foundation, concrete pads, building piers, electrical equipment, and mechanical equipment and restoring the site. 2. DA/DC-12 and DA/DN-13: removal of the existing pump station building, including removal and disposal of the building foundation, concrete pads, building piers, electrical equipment, and mechanical equipment, decommissioning of the existing four wells per the specifications, abandoning the existing waterline connections, removal of the indicated waterlines, and restoring the sites. 3. WPA-4, DA/DC-12 and DA/DN-13: There are friable asbestos-containing building materials (ABCMs) at each well station that must be removed by a Colorado-Licensed General Abatement Contractor (GAC). Removal of these ABCMs must take place before the primary demolition of the well station buildings can commence.
