Renovation of a water / sewer project in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of installing three permanent generators, their automatic transfer switches, and associated work at each of three separate sites. Two sites replace existing permanent generators and the third adds a permanent generator to a site which does not currently have a generator. Two generators are exterior installations, and one is interior to a building. Site work includes two generator foundations, minor grading, fill and approximately 850 Syd of 6" concrete driveway. The following construction contracts will be awarded separately or together in any combination: Contract No. Identification 1 Electrical 2 Mechanical 3 Concrete 4 Site Work & Excavation Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each proposal greater than $50,000 shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond by a recognized surety in the amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price in the name of Kalamazoo Lake Sewer & Water Authority. Kalamazoo Lake Sewer & Water Authority, and F&V Construction Management, Inc., reserve the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Project.
