Renovation of a military facility in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the upgrade of the AVCRAD Hangars existing building Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Mechanical System to provide a fully functional mechanical system throughout the building located at 5168 E. Dakota Avenue, Fresno, California 93727. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a B General Building Contractors License and a C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor or subcontract to a C-20 contractor. The Government Estimate for this project is $1,300,000.00. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to the COR, Mr. Fred Delucchi, at fred.a.delucchi.civ@army.mil and the ACOR, Major Myles Colendich, at myles.p.colendich.mil@army.mil no later than 5:00 P.M. on September 7th, 2022. Contractor shall complete the work within Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar days from starting date (NTP), as notified by the Contracting Officer.
