The Department of Natural Resources of the Confederated Tribes through its Forestry Program is seeking bids from qualified and experienced Contractors to secure the services for a mechanical mastication project. Contractor will be required to furnish all other equipment and labour to perform the required mastication services on 815 acres with the potential Option for 150 additional acres of forest land. Contract period will potentially be from September 26, 2022 thru November 30, 2023. The project work areas are located within the boundaries of the Warm Springs Indian Reservation. Offer(s) must have a minimum of three (3) years of Documented successful experience in masticating. This project contains federal funding and is subject to all applicable federal regulations including Indian Preference/Participation and Certification for Debarment and Suspension. The project is subject to a 20% holdback in lieu of a performance and payment bonds.
