Notice to Bidders: Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for Project as described, Project Identification: Kuckup Phase 1 Water & Sewer Infrastructure Project Location: Warm Springs Reservation, Oregon. Project Description: WSHA was awarded an Indian Health Services grant to be used to install water and sewer to 10 single family homes and a service center building. The project site is located in the trailer court area in downtown Warm Springs, Oregon, Jefferson County. The site is on trust land on the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Reservation. The project includes the following: Trenching and installing water main and service lines with water meters to the buildings, Trenching, backfilling and installing sewer mains and sewer lines to buildings, Tying into existing water and sewer mains, Capping and removing of an existing water line Each trench will be dug, filled and leveled. The debris of any trees, shrubs and weeds will be disposed of offsite.
