Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Bend invites Sealed Bids for construction of the Citywide Safety Improvements - 3rd & Canal project The Work includes accessible curb ramps, sidewalk, modular block wall, a raised concrete median safety island, concrete sidewalk, asphalt patching, flashing safety beacons and pushbuttons, pavement markings, signs, new concrete catch basin and storm sewer manholes, and the installation of more than 400 feet of storm pipe at 3rd Street and Pinebrook Blvd. The Engineers estimate is between $519,000 and $663,000. The outside of the envelope or box containing the bid shall include the bidders name and be marked: Citywide Safety Improvements - 3rd & Pinebrook - 1TCSI Prequalification is a requirement. Bidders must be prequalified with City of Bend at the time the bids are opened. New applications for the City of Bend prequalification must be received at least five days before the bid deadline. If applying for prequalification in order to bid on this job, write For Current Bid on front of submitted prequalification application materials. Contact the Issuing Officer for this solicitation for assistance. This project is subject to the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 regarding payment of prevailing wages.
