Site work and paving for a civil project in Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Construction of Pump Station Decommissioning Phase 4. The Project consists of gravity sewer improvements on Ferguson Road between King Solomon Lane and Ferguson Court, that will allow the City to decommission the Camden and Ridgewater No. 2 Pump Stations. The Work includes installation of 18" and 8" gravity sewer main, crossing of the Central Oregon Irrigation District Canal, new sewer services, manholes, pump station decommissioning, accessible ramps, abandon existing pressure sewer mains, pavement restoration, traffic control, and miscellaneous items necessary to complete the Work. The Engineer's estimate is between $4,210,000 and $5,380,000. The project is funded by the Clean Water State Revolving Fund, administered through Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. The project is subject to the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 and the Federal Davis-Bacon Act and the higher of the two prevailing wages will be required to be paid. Prequalification is a requirement. Bidders must be prequalified with City of Bend at the time the bids are opened. Prequalification process is administered by the Private Development Engineering Division. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The scope of work generally includes the following: Decommissioning of the Camden and Ridgewater No. 2 pump stations; Installation of approximately 3,340 lineal feet of 18-inch diameter gravity sewer main; Installation of approximately 475 lineal feet of 8-inch diameter gravity sewer main; Installation of new sewer services, manholes and related appurtenances. New sewer services will be provided to approximately 13 properties that are currently served by onsite septic systems. Several homes currently served by pressure sewer systems will be reconnected to the new gravity sewer system; A Central Oregon Irrigation Canal (COID) crossing and coordination with COID; Installation of accessible ramps; Abandonment of existing pressure sewer mains; Reconnection of existing pressure sewer mains; Traffic control on a collector roadway; Pavement restoration, including full-depth reconstruction and grind and inlay operations.
