Renovation of a swimming pool in Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The Bend Park and Recreation District will receive Bids for demolition and installation services for replacement fitness flooring within the district's Juniper Swim & Fitness Center ("JSFC"). Late Bids will not be accepted. There is no pre-Bid conference for this ITB. This contract is for a public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The District prefers project completion during calendar year 2022, but, will accept project completion during April or May 2023. This project consists of demolition of existing rubber flooring and installation of new SportFloor ReAction flooring by North West Rubber LTD., including: 2,950 square feet of 10mm tiles in the Fitness Center and 870 square feet of 6mm roll in the Spin Room. remove and dispose of current rubber flooring and rubber base in the Fitness Center and Spin Room; (2) prep and clean concrete subfloor in Fitness Center and Spin Room to receive new flooring; (3) furnish and install 6mm rolled SportFloor ReAction in Rhino 612 in the Spin Room; (4) furnish and install 10mm tiles SportFloor ReAction in Cobalt 640 in the Fitness Center; and (5) furnish and install four-inch rubber base in the Fitness Center and Spin Room, color will be determined by the District.
